The Resort is built on 381,250 square feet of land with one side of 606 feet facing Boulevard, Cancun’s hotel strip, and the opposite side of 577 feet facing the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Ocean.

The land is semileveled having a 12 feet difference between the street and beach level.

The hotel’s smart building has 350+ rooms which include 2 presidential suites,

The hotel’s main access is through a drive way or motor lobby that leads to the hotels imposing lobby under a

monumental 45 feet arch. This arch is the hotels main entrance where one can find a very modern metallic
